ABOUT GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can be purchased from istolemyboyfriendsshirt.com in amounts between $100 - $1,500 USD and can be redeemed online. Discount codes cannot be applied to Gift Card purchase. Gift cards can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were originally purchased.

GIFT CARDS

If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CARDS

You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. 

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then  you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

LOST GIFT CARDS

If you lose the details of a gift card that you've bought, then please contact orderinfo@istolemyboyfriendsshirt.com to issue a new gift card free of charge.


RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

If you paid for your order on istolemyboyfriendsshirt.com using a Gift Card a new Gift Card will be sent to the email address used on the order for the refund automatically. If a gift card and a credit card were used to place the order, the credit card will be refunded first followed by the new Gift Card.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
